I am currently Vice President of Research and Director of Data Services at CSA Research. I lead a distributed research organization studying multilingual AI, language technology, localization, customer behavior, and global markets.
I also serve as President of the MQM Council, which maintains Multidimensional Quality Metrics and ensures its continued development and standardization.
